Besides Goh Seo Choon whom I often recommend, there is also another watchmaker shop known as ‘K2 Watch Company’ located at Tanjong Katong Complex that services vintage Seiko’s as well as other watches.This shop was set up in 1982 and has a similar setup as Goh Seo Choon (those who have been to Goh Seo Choon will know what it looks like). Shop is also licensed to buy and sell preowned watches under the Second Hand Goods Dealers Act.
Owner was trained in watchmaking at a very young age as you can see in the picture below.
