Last year, Microsoft announced its decision to stop offering Live Spaces and will be closing all existing spaces in March 2011. I therefore migrated my old blog here before it disappears from the Internet. It shall serve as an archive but please feel free to comment on the posts.

New Arrivals at Big Time

The White Dolphin is now available at Big Time. It is powered by the 7C46 quartz movement. Only 300 pieces made.

K2 closed till this Sunday

For those in Singapore, watchmaker K2 will be closed for business this week. Watchmaker is on MC and should be back on Sunday or next Monday. If you are planning to bring your watch in for repair, please call to confirm he’s open.

John Little Mega Expo Sale

It’s a public holiday in Singapore today and if you have no plans yet, head down to the John Little Mega Expo Sale at the Singapore Expo Hall 4A.

Big Time has a booth there featuring Orient and other brands that they carry.

Fire at People’s Park Complex

A fire broke out on the fifth floor of People’s Park Complex yesterday afternoon causing hundreds in the building (shoppers and retailers) to be evacuated.

This shopping complex in Chinatown is a popular watch hunting place for Seiko/Citizen fans in Singapore. Two popular watch shops located in this building are Sky Watches on the third floor and Twinkle Electronics on the second floor. 

Looks like watch hunting activities will be disrupted for the time being. 

News: Orient offer at Takashimaya SC
