Seiko Moving Design Collection

The Seiko Moving Design Collection consist of three products series namely Radio Wave Control Solar, Mechanical and Discus.
The Mechanical and Discus series are using the 6R15 movement while the Radio Wave Control Solar is solar powered. From the use of mechanical and solar movements, it is obvious that this collection is about being eco friendly and this concept reflects Seiko’s ethical stance toward the environment.
Information on the Moving Design Collection is available on Seiko’s website and some Japanese sites. Pictures posted here are taken from Rakuten Inc.
Here, I will put up some pictures of the Mechanical and Discus series. The Radio Wave Control Solar series probably does not work in my country.
White dial is always my favorite.
Looks like the dial is not flat but concave.
